Welcome to Nemoris. By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized use immediately.
Some "Pro" features require a subscription or a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store using the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
Prices are indicative and may vary by region and currency. Apple performs currency conversion and applicable taxes may be added.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged via Apple.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the app does not issue pro-rata refunds (refund requests are handled by Apple).
Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support through your Apple ID.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the app you authorize us to store, process and display your data according to the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach security, or submit abusive content.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Purchase-related rights are subject to Apple's policies.
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy of financial calculations; use the app for informational purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the app in the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country/region, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
